Terms of Service for Image2Image AI
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These terms describe the current workspace and its available features.
1. Service and availability
The workspace provides local previews, prompts, guides, and prepared examples. Generation uses Kie Nano Banana 2.1 at 1K JPG when enabled and authorized. Choosing Generate submits the reference image and prompt for external processing. Availability is shown in the workspace.
2. Accounts, private access, and payments
Local preview and prompt tools are free. Google sign-in and Stripe one-time credit top-ups require enabled service and are not open yet. Public package prices have not been published. Private access codes remain separate from Google accounts and do not grant a subscription or purchased balance.
When checkout is enabled, credits are added only after the server verifies Stripe payment confirmation. A success-page redirect is not payment confirmation. Generation reserves credits before submission, spends them on success, and releases them on a confirmed failure. Unknown outcomes keep the reservation pending.
3. Your images and instructions
Use content you have permission to submit and consider the privacy and rights of people shown. Local preview does not transfer ownership of your original file.
The site does not guarantee exact preservation of faces, text, logos, products, or other details. Review outputs before use. Rights in inputs and outputs depend on the content, Kie’s terms, and any other rights involved; this site does not provide blanket commercial clearance.
4. Examples and guidance
Built-in comparisons are prepared concept artwork, separate from task outputs. Prompts and guides are starting points and do not guarantee a particular result.
5. History, retention, and signing out
Successful account results are available for seven days after confirmation; private-code tasks use seven days from creation. Unconfirmed account tasks may be retained while reserved credits are resolved. Account, payment, and credit records may be kept longer. Removing a History entry hides it without deleting remote files or restoring credits.
When Google sign-in is enabled, signing into the same account can restore access to its remaining seven-day History and credit balance across browsers. Signing out ends the current account session without deleting records or ending other sessions.
Private-code History belongs to its browser session. Signing out clears that access without deleting tasks, cancelling requests, or restoring allowance. A new private-code authorization cannot recover the old History. Download images you want to keep.
6. Support and privacy
The contact page and support panel show available support options. Opening the panel does not send a request. Read the privacy policy for file processing, retention, and browser storage details.
