Use three parts
Change
Start with one action: replace the background, soften the light, or illustrate the scene.
Keep
Name the subject features, colors, framing, or objects that matter.
Finish
Add the light, material, palette, or style that supports the change.
Change [one thing]. Keep [specific visible details]. Use [lighting, medium, palette, or finish].
Replace vague words with visible instructions
- Instead of “make it premium”: “Place the bottle on warm sandstone with soft side light. Keep the shape, color, and camera angle.”
- Instead of “make it anime”: “Use clean contours and soft cel-shading. Keep the pose, hairstyle, expression, and framing.”
- Instead of “better lighting”: “Use soft light from the upper left with gentle shadows and natural subject colors.”
Remove conflicting instructions
“Keep the exact framing” and “use an overhead view” request different camera positions. Choose the condition that matters most, or try them in separate edits.
- Use one main action in the first sentence.
- Keep the preservation list short and specific.
- Add style words only when they explain a visible property.
- When revising, change one instruction and compare the result.
